AIA New Hampshire is a full-service distributor of paper documents. To order paper AIA Contract Documents open our Paper Document Price List, which contains an order form to mail to the AIANH office. The list also includes titles, prices, and additional information about AIA Documents. You may also call, 603-501-1881, or email, email@example.com, the office to place an order. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
AIA Members receive a 20% discount on paper documents when ordering. AIANH Affiliate members receive a 15% discount on paper documents when ordering.
If you purchase documents frequently, visit the AIA National website to purchase software and a metering license. There are varied licensing options, and AIA Members receive a discounted price on electric Document software.
AIA Documents on Demand
AIA Documents on Demand is a web-based service that allows users with a computer and internet to access over 70 of the most popular AIA Contract Documents anytime, anywhere. Simply log onto www.aia.org/contractdocs/single-documents/ Select the document you would like to purchase. You will then need to answer a few mandatory questions pertaining to your project. After payment is confirmed, you will be given a link to download a pdf version of the document you purchased. A link to the document instructions will be provided, if applicable.
