The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) has issued the Notice for Public Comment for NHDES’ draft measures for New Hampshire’s Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP).
The CCAP, the second deliverable to EPA under the Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG) program, must touch on all significant greenhouse gas sources and sinks across seven economic sectors in New Hampshire. These economic sectors include Transportation, Buildings, Electricity Generation and Use, Industry, Agriculture, Natural & Working Lands, and Waste & Materials Management.
NHDES anticipates sharing a draft of the complete CCAP for public comment in May 2026.
